Spotlight on state of women's football in SA

After six rounds of matches, newly promoted Diepkloof Ladies are finding the going tough in the Hollywoodbets Super League.

The team has suffered five defeats, while their only victory in their debut season was against Stellenbosch FC Ladies.

But despite the poor start, former Banyana Banyana defender and now Diepkloof Ladies coach Jabulile Baloyi believes the club and women's football in the country are heading in the right direction.
