Uncollected waste threatens businesses in Migori

Business operators in Migori town have raised an alarm over the accumulation of garbage, allegedly for about five months. The traders say the stench from the decomposing waste is driving away customers and severely affecting businesses operating in the area. They have appealed to the Migori County Government to urgently intervene and get rid of the waste, warning that the situation poses a serious public health risk, particularly as the rainy season approaches.
