The bail hearing of Tshwane Metro Police officer and Social media personality, Peter Nonyane, affectionately known as Gagash, and his wife Charlotte Tibana, resumes at Polokwane Magistrate Court in Limpopo. Hawks investigating officer, Phuthisho Thobejane, will continue with his testimony. Thobejane is opposing bail for the couple. Nonyane and Tibana are facing charges of fraud, theft and money laundering for allegedly stealing money from the estate accounts of deceased people.
