Sakolsky, Yin reunited after 27 years to plant a new tree for China-US friendship

27 years after first meeting, Yin Yuzhen and American Ronald Sakolsky reunited in Inner Mongolia. In 1999, Sakolsky raised $5,000 to support Yin's tree-planting efforts in the Mu Us Desert, helping her nurture around 50,000 trees. Now, the two old friends have planted a new tree together – continuing a friendship that has grown across borders and decades. #ChinaUSConnects
