TMPD officer and wife back in court for bail application

State witness and Hawks Investigating Officer Constable Phuthisho Thobejane told the Polokwane Magistrates' Court in Limpopo that fraud and money laundering accused, Peter Nonyane and his wife Charlotte Tibana, will evade trial if granted bail.

Thobejane was cross-examined during Nonyane and Tibana's bail hearing on Monday.

Nonyane, a Tshwane Metro Police Department officer and social media personality and his lawyer wife, Tibana, are accused of stealing money from three estate accounts of deceased people.
