Unpacking the Water Services Amendment Bill

The Portfolio Committee on Water and Sanitation held the first public hearings this past weekend on the Water Services Amendment Bill in Mpumalanga Province as part of a nationwide public participation process.

The committe says the Water Services Amendment Bill seeks to address persistent challenges facing South Africa's water sector.
