Vusimuzi ‘Cat’ Matlala appears at Madlanga Commission

Alleged criminal kingpin Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala is expected to return to the Madlanga Commission of Inquiryin Pretoria.

When he appeared before the commission last week, he refused to answer questions relating to the 228-million rand SAPS Medicare24 tender.

Matlala said that the matter was still before the court.
