मणिपुर के इंफाल में हजारों महिलाओं ने मशाल रैली निकालकर जनगणना से पहले एनआरसी लागू करने की मांग की। प्रदर्शनकारियों ने अवैध प्रवासियों की पहचान, नागरिकता सत्यापन और पूरी प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता की मांग उठाई। महिलाओं ने सरकार से उचित प्रक्रिया के तहत नागरिकता सत्यापन सुनिश्चित करने की अपील की।
