LGE 2026 | ANC launches election manifesto

ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa has promised that no ANC councillor or mayor will be shielded from accountability after being elected.

He said every ANC mayor will be required to sign a public performance agreement and will undergo regular performance assessments.

He said this while delivering the party's election Manifesto at Diepsloot, North of Johannesburg this afternoon.
