NDR 2026: First-timer families to get extra BTO ballot chance for every child

First-timer families applying for a new Build-to-Order (BTO) flat will receive one additional ballot chance for every child they have or are expecting, said Prime Minister Lawrence Wong in his National Day Rally speech on Sunday (Aug 23).
