LGE 2026 | ANC hasn' t performed as expected by many communities: Prof. Kondlo

The African National Congress is set to launch its 2026 Local Government Elections Manifesto.

The launch comes just a couple of months before South Africans head to the polls on 4 November, with issues such as water, electricity, housing, the cost of living and municipal service delivery expected to dominate the political conversation.
