The African National Congress is today launching its 2026 Local Government Elections Manifesto in Diepsloot, Johannesburg, setting out its priorities ahead of the November polls.

ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa is expected to outline the party's plans to address service delivery, local government accountability and the challenges facing municipalities.
