TMPD estate fraud case postponed to Monday

The bail application of TMPD officer Peter Nonyane popularly known as Gagash, and his wife Charlotte Tibana has been postponed to Monday at the Polokwane Magistrate's Court in Limpopo.

The state is opposing bail for the couple, who face allegations of fraud involving estate accounts.

They are accused of defrauding three estate accounts of more than R4-million between 2024 and 2026.

The bail proceedings will resume on Monday and Constable Phuthisho Thobejane will continue to testify against the granting of bail.
