ANC opens criminal case against DA MP Mark Burke

ANC Chief Whip Mdumiseni Ntuli says allegations surrounding DA MP Dr Mark Burke and the company he founded, Kastelo, amount to possible fraud and criminality

Ntuli has opened a criminal case against Burke citing alleged violations of financial laws.

A South African Reserve Bank (SARB) investigation found that Katselo allegedly contravened the country's exchange control regulations, with transactions to the value of four billion rand.
