Impeachment Process | Judgment reserved in MKP, UAT leave to appeal case over Impeachment Committee

The Western Cape High Court has reserved judgment in the application for leave to appeal its July ruling, interdicting oral testimony and public hearings of the Impeachment Committee.

The MK Party, and the United Africans Transformation (UAT) brought the application after the Constitutional Court dismissed their direct application.

The High Court has asked parties' counsels why should they sit for the matter, when the ConCourt refused to do so.
