In Cuba, seven months of an effective oil blockade imposed by the Trump administration has not only increased power outages but is also leaving more and more people without running water. Today, that figure has risen to 3.5 million – around a third of the population. FRANCE 24’s Ed Augustin reports on the health risks rippling through the island.
