Hong Kong bans public vaping

Anyone carrying a vape, or e-cigarettes, in public in Hong Kong could face a fine. The government there wants to further reduce smoking in the city. Authorities are concerned that the products attract young people, but some fear the action will push the habit underground. Laura Westbrook reports.
