MPs accuse county governments of allowing unlicensed bars to operate

Members of the National Assembly are blaming the county governments over the increasing cases of alcoholism in the country. Led by the Majority leader Kimani Ichungwa, the legislators accused the county governments of allowing the operations of unlicensed bars, and establishment of pubs around schools and residential areas.
