More than 3,000 lower-income residents in Tampines, Punggol and Pasir Ris-Changi towns will soon be able to collect free, warm meals from food lockers near their homes. Each eligible household will receive S$500 in credits, equivalent to about 165 meals. The halal-certified menu ranges from chicken rendang to teriyaki fish rice.
