MKP and UAT seek to overturn Western Cape High Court impeachment decision

The Western Cape High Court will today hear an urgent application brought by Umkhonto Wesizwe Party and the United Africans Transformation, appealing the interdict it granted to President Cyril Ramaphosa.
Last month the court halted the impeachment hearings, pending a review of the Section 89 Independent Panel report.
