Dr. Jaishankar Highlights India’s Support to Neighbouring Nations in Crises

External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar said that India has consistently stood by its neighbours during times of crisis. “During COVID, India was the primary vaccine provider to our neighbours. After the Ukraine war, India extended financial assistance to Sri Lanka that was larger than the IMF package. Now, we are helping our neighbours meet their energy needs after the Gulf war,” the External Affairs Minister said.
