Ukraine hunts down Russian FPV ambushes | Military Mind

Frontline roads have become hunting grounds for hidden Russian FPV drones waiting to ambush Ukrainian vehicles and evacuation crews.

Russian forces increasingly often place drones in “standby” positions along roadsides and in dense vegetation, hoping to strike when Ukrainian vehicles pass. But aerial reconnaissance and operators of the “Favorit” UAV systems from Ukraine’s 107th Separate Brigade are working to find these hidden threats before they can attack.
