Zambian's president-elect gets congratulatory messages, opposition leader heads to court

Many heads of states and government have congratulated Zambian president-elect, Hakainde Hichilema, after the Electoral Commission declared him the winner of the presidential elections.

National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity President, Ezra Tembo, has also congratulated Hichilema on his victory.
