The Madlanga Commission says any individual or member of the public attending the proceedings is expected to adhere to the rules set by the commission.

The commission's spokesperson Jeremy Michaels spoke to the media after Stuart-James Scharnick was arrest following a confrontation with Sowetan journalist Herman Moloi.
