Head of Communications and Spokesperson to the Madlanga Commission Jeremy Michaels says the incident involving journalist Herman Moloi and Stuart James Scharnick, a businessman and associate of suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya, is unacceptable.

The incident happened during a tea break following Fadiel Adams' testimony at the commission.

Herman has laid a charge of intimidation against Scharnick.
