Brown Mogotsi to bring fresh bail bid on 25 August

North West businessman Brown Mogotsi will bring a 4th bail application before court on August 25th.

This after he was denied bail previously, including at the Johannesburg High Court. Mogotsi was arrested shortly after testifying at the Madlanga Commission in Pretoria.

He is currently facing charges of defeating the ends of justice, perjury, and unlawful firearm possession related to an allegedly staged assassination attempt in Vosloorus in November 2025.
