Asbestos roof case back in court tomorrow

The R225 million asbestos roof removal scandal case is back at the Free State High Court tomorrow.

The court is expected to get an update on the progress made towards securing Legal Aid representation for accused one, Nthimotse Mokhesi.

Mokhesi continues to face hurdles in securing legal aid after both his initial application and subsequent appeal for legal Aid representation were denied.

The 18 accused who are facing fraud and corruption charges are expected to appear in the Free State High Court, following several postponements.
