Trade Ministry under fire over KSh1 Million photocopying bill for CS’s office

The State Department of Trade is on the spot for spending at least one million shillings on photocopying papers for the office of the Cabinet Secretary. National Assembly Public Accounts Committee took Trade Principal Secretary Regina Ombam to task over the value for money in the supply of furniture, stationery and air tickets for the office of the Cabinet Secretary. Meanwhile, the committee has also rebuked Investment Promotion Principal Secretary  Abubakar Hassan for what they term as being casual in responding to audit queries raised in the watchdog committee.
