Shoreham incident leaves three family members dead | BBC News

Three members of the same family died on Tuesday after getting into difficulty in the water at Shoreham, England.

Another girl from the same family is in a critical condition in hospital.

Chief Superintendent James Collis from Sussex Police gave a press conference on Tuesday night.

He said emergency services were called to support four people in difficulty in the sea.

All four were brought to shore.

Three people - a man, a woman and teenage girl - have died.
