The murder trial of Warrick Stock, known as DJ Warras, is expected to resume in the Johannesburg High Court.
The matter is still at pre-trial phase, where a date is to be set for the trial.
The alleged orchestrator of Warras's killing, Victor Majola will be appearing alone.
This after his co-accusedArmando Pacula, who pulled the trigger, was sentenced to 25 years behind bars.
Pacula entered into a plea and sentence agreement with the state, admitting that he carried out the killing for payment.
