* National Coloured Congress Member of Parliament, Fadiel Adams is expected to appear before the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry in Pretoria this morning. He will face questions about his alleged role in the investigation of seven senior Crime Intelligence officials, including the head Dumisani Khumalo.
* Suspended police sergeant Fannie Nkosi is expected to return to the Pretoria North Regional Court. Nkosi, who was attached to the police's Organised Crime Unit, is facing charges of theft, fraud and defeating the ends of justice.
* The case against the alleged mastermind in the murder of Warrick "DJ Warras" Stock, is set to resume at the High Court in Johannesburg. Victor Majola will appear for the finalisation of his pre-trial conference. The case against Majola has been strengthened after convicted killer, Armando Pacula, reached a plea deal with the state.
* A court in California in the US has heard allegations that technology company Meta intentionally hooked a generation of children on Facebook and Instagram.
In a trial that could shape the future of social media, nearly 30 US firms are seeking changes to the platforms.
* Patrick Vieira has signed as head coach of the Senegal national team.
The Senegal-born French international, an Arsenal legend, will return to the dugout with the Lions of Teranga, in what will be his first experience of international management.
