Residents challenge hiring of foreign nationals

Residents in Greater Benoni took to the streets in Boksburg North on Thursday, going door to door to businesses and industrial areas.

They are accusing employers of hiring undocumented and documented foreign nationals instead of South Africans.

Business owners however, argue that the problem is systemic, and that the anger should be directed at government, not the migrant workers.
