Insurance murder case postponed to September

The Polokwane Magistrate's Court in Limpopo has postponed the bail application of the Shokane siblings, William and Johannes, to the 11th of September this year, as they did not bring their medical records to court.

The two, who stand accused in the multi-million rand insurance-related murders case, want to apply for bail based on new medical conditions.

Meanwhile, another accused, Martha Ruiters had her bail amount reduced.

The accused are suspected of being part of a syndicate led by a former police officer Rachel Kutumela.
