DP Kindiki maintains Mt Kenya region will not leave government

Deputy President Prof. Kithure Kindiki has maintained that the Mount Kenya region is part of the government, dismissing claims that the region is split. The DP urged the region to remain united behind the Kenya Kwanza administration, insisting the region was a heartbeat away from the Presidency owing to his position as the second in command.
