Iranian FM in Russia, says US demands stall talks

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has arrived in Russia, saying his upcoming meeting with President Vladimir Putin will provide an opportunity to discuss recent developments in the tensions between the US and Iran. He also said that US "excessive demands" have led to the current impasse in negotiations.
