NSFAS crisis | Parliament raises governance concerns

NSFAS is facing a deepening crisis, with a R15-billion funding shortfall and growing concerns over its financial management and governance.

The Gauteng High Court has also suspended the appointment of NSFAS Administrator Professor Hlengani Mathebula and ordered the return of the scheme's board, pending a final review of the matter.
