Former Pakistan FM: China-Pakistan ties key to global stability amid tensions

Pakistan's President Asif Ali Zardari has begun a weeklong visit to China from April 25 to May 1 at the invitation of the Chinese government. The visit marks 75 years of diplomatic ties between the two nations. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, former foreign minister of Pakistan and chairman of the Pakistan People's Party, spoke with CGTN about Pakistan's efforts to mediate talks between the United States and Iran. He also highlighted the importance of the long-standing, generational relationship between Pakistan and China, emphasizing its role in promoting stability and cooperation amid global security challenges.
