Thailand beat Singapore 3-1 in the first leg of the ASEAN Championship semi-finals at Jalan Besar Stadium on Saturday (Aug 15). Teerasak Poeiphimai scored twice for Thailand before Seksan Ratree added a third after half-time. Singapore's Shawal Anuar had a penalty saved, while substitute Ilhan Fandi pulled one back with a late strike from outside the box.
