Lebanese authorities say at least 11 people were killed in Israeli airstrikes on southern Lebanon on Saturday. Israel says it targeted Hezbollah infrastructure in response to actions against its troops, while Lebanese leaders accuse Israel of undermining efforts to stabilize the region.
