Senior prosecutor Mkhuseli Ntaba to testify at Magistrates Commission on Tuesday

The Magistrates Commission will begin hearing evidence tomorrow into a complaint lodged by the NPA against a former chief magistrate.

Senior prosecutor Mkhuseli Ntaba is expected to testify about the events that led to his contempt of court finding during the Joe Sibanyoni criminal proceedings.

The inquiry is expected to continue throughout the week at the Kwaggafontein Magistrate's Court.
