AB de Villiers joins star-studded ICONS Cup as golf tournament hits South Africa this December

The Icons Series will hold its inaugural African event at The Links Fancourt in George, South Africa, from 11 to 13 December.

The three-day match-play tournament will pit Team South Africa against Team World, featuring 28 of the world's biggest sporting names competing in golf, outside their usual disciplines.

The format brings together elite athletes from cricket, rugby, football, and other sports to compete in golf at the highest level.

SABC News sports producer Thando Mxoli caught up with former Proteas Captain, AB de Villiers, who will be playing in this tournament at the Links Fancourt, in George.
