Israel's war on Gaza hasn't just destroyed homes and businesses—it's also cost many Palestinians their careers. After nearly three years of bombardment, the strip's economy has undergone a transformation after nearly three years of bombardment. Teachers, business owners, and skilled technicians have been forced to abandon the professions they spent years building, taking on whatever work they can find to support their families.
