LGE 2026 | IEC concerned about intimidation allegations

The Electoral Commission in Limpopo says the majority of its voting stations opened on time for the registration process.

The IEC has, however, raised concerns about allegations of intimidation towards community members who were registering at Ga Chokoe village, outside Mokopane.

This is allegedly due to a demarcation-related matter.

A team of IEC employees was dispatched to the area to investigate the issue.
