Rugby player Luqobo Makwedini laid to rest in EC

Deputy Minister of Sport, Arts and Culture, Peace Mabe, says that, as government, they have a plan to keep the legacy of the late Luqobo "Bibo" Makwedini alive.

The 20-year-old died while training for his club in France due to alleged heat stroke.

His funeral was held at his birthplace in Qumrha, Eastern Cape.
