PM Suraksha Bima Yojana Supports Family After Tragic Loss

Raju Kumar shared how the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana provided crucial financial support to his family during a difficult time.

He said that his father, late Suresh Yadav from Dharmpur village, lost his life after being struck by lightning on 17 July 2025 while they had gone out for work. Raju Kumar was also injured in the incident. Following the tragedy, the family faced severe financial hardship and struggled to manage daily life.

Later, the family learned through the bank that his father was enrolled under the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana. After completing the document verification process, the family received the ₹2 lakh insurance claim amount.

Raju Kumar, who is the second among four brothers, expressed gratitude for the support, saying the assistance brought significant relief to the family during a challenging period.
