Freedom Day 2026 | COSATU President Zingiswa Losi to address Phumzile John Gomomo Lecture

COSATU President Zingiswa Losi is scheduled to give the keynote address at the Phumzile John Gomomo Lecture that will be held at Kariega in the Eastern Cape.

Gomomo was an activist and unionist.

He became the first Eastern Cape region chairperson of the Federation of South African Trade Unions and was part of the negotiations that led to the formation of COSATU.
