135 dengue cases reported so far at largest cluster at Countryside Road and Lentor Avenue

There were 131 dengue cases reported in the week ending Jul. While it's the highest seven-day record this year so far, it is lower than the preceding years from 2022 to 2024. The largest current cluster, which includes Countryside Road next to Lentor Avenue, has 135 cases, with 46 from the last two weeks. Within the cluster, the National Environment Agency found 86 mosquito breeding habitats — 69 were in residential premises, 15 in common areas and two in construction sites. Germaine Wong reports.
