Informal settlement residents are vulnerable to severe weather: DRMC

City of Cape Town Disaster Risk Management Centre (DRMC) says residents living in informal settlements are the most vulnerable population to severe weather.

Authorities in the Western Cape are bracing for further severe weather conditions as a second cold front is expected to bring more rain, flooding and strong winds.

DRMC Spokesperson Charlotte Powell spoke to SABC News.
