Edwin Tong explains why young employees should work from office instead of home

“It’s very hard to learn if you can’t ask a stupid question, especially when you’re a young employee,” said Law Minister Edwin Tong as he explained why working from the office remains important. He added that being in the office helps new workers learn from colleagues, ask questions more freely and build stronger workplace relationships, while stressing that flexible work arrangements still have a place.
