Ceasefire undercut as Israel and Hezbollah blame each other for strikes | ABC NEWS

The Israel-Lebanon ceasefire has been extended for three weeks, however there has been another escalation in southern Lebanon as Israel strikes what it claims are Hezbollah targets. 
Benjamin Netanyahu insists Israel is defending itself. However, Hezbollah, which was not part of the US-brokered negotiations, says Israel is the aggressor and it won't stop attacks until Israel stops breaching the truce.
